Eliza Łoś-Strychowska
Co-founder of IBC
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics. I also studied at the University of Economics in Bradford, UK and completed a management study for executives at Yale University, USA. I am a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
I have conducted dozens of projects in Poland and abroad. Most of them were related to restructuring of businesses, implementation of modern process and organizational solutions, and SAP management systems (including S/4HANA). I am also an expert and long-time practitioner in Shared Service Center implementation methodology.
I am a co-founder of IPOPEMA Business Consulting. I gained my professional experience working for such consulting firms as IBM Global Business Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Coopers & Lybrand.
Tomasz Rowecki

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics. I have also completed specialized programs and seminars intended for senior executives.
I have worked with management boards of leading companies, both domestically and internationally, in the fuel, energy, retail and distribution, industrial, and natural resources sectors. I specialize in implementing complex consulting projects aimed to improve business performance. I deal with the areas of management, restructuring, organization integration, and application of modern technologies, primarily SAP solutions (including S/4HANA)
I am a co-founder of IPOPEMA Business Consulting. Previously, I worked at leading consulting firms, such as KPMG, IBM Global Business Services, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Maksymilian Randzio
Managing Director
I have worked in business consulting and implementation of IT solutions since 2003. Since then, I have participated in over 20 projects for manufacturing, transportation, and mining companies, as well as for companies in the financial sector.
My specialties include change management, preparation of pre-implementation analyses and investment project evaluations, process optimization, and management of complex SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
I am a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), an organization that brings together management, finance, and controlling professionals. I also hold the Prince2 Practitioner certificate.
I have been working at IPOPEMA Business Consulting since 2009, i.e. since the company was established. Previously I had worked at IBM Global Business Services, Deloitte Business Consulting, and Andersen Business Consulting.
Paweł Bednarski
Business Development Director
I implemented the first SAP ERP system in 2006. Since then I have worked on about 20 projects in Poland and abroad in the logistics, fuel, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
As an expert in financial solutions using SAP software, I am responsible for implementation of all project phases, including pre-project analysis and process modeling. My key skills, however, go beyond in-depth knowledge of SAP solutions in the area of finance. They also include integration of such solutions with other system components, as well as development of concepts that make it possible to reconcile corporate requirements with local problems faced by companies.
I use my experience as the person responsible for selling SAP solutions to IBC clients. I always put special emphasis on understanding their business needs, which translates into creating tailor-made solutions.
In my career I have also worked for such companies as Baker Tilly Poland, CSC, and Plaut/CGI.

We are the winner of the “Forbes Diamonds 2019” award in the category of businesses with revenue of PLN 5-50 million. The Bisnode Poland's ranking is based on such data as the value of a company's assets and its profits in the last three years of its business activity.
SAP Special Award
SAP Poland gave us the Special Award for the first S/4 projects in the domestic market in 2017. We received the award during the SAP Kick Off Executive Meeting.
Kross and SAP Innovation Award
We have also implemented SAP S/4HANA solutions at Kross. The Europe's leading bicycle manufacturer received the SAP Innovation Award for this at the 2019 SAP NOW Gala.
“100 Women in Business”
Eliza Łoś-Strychowska, the President of IBC, won an award in the “100 Women in Business 2017” ranking (“Puls Biznesu,” Bisnode Poland). She was among the 10 most enterprising women in the category of companies with revenue of up to 50 million PLN.
“Business Gazelles”
In 2018, 2019, and 2020 we were among the most dynamic Polish companies according to the “Puls Biznesu” daily newspaper. The “Business Gazelle” title is awarded on the basis of several criteria, including financial results.
Inter Europol and SAP Innovation Award
Together with Inter Europol, a national leader in the baking industry, in 2017 we launched the first SAP S/4HANA implementation in Poland, for which the company received an award at the 2018 SAP Innovation Awards gala.
