I am a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics. I also studied at the University of Economics in Bradford, UK and completed a management study for executives at Yale University, USA. I am a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Since the beginning of my professional career, I have focused on implementing complex business transformations and management systems, with particular emphasis on SAP solutions. I gained my professional experience working for consulting firms such as IBM, PwC, and Coopers & Lybrand.

 

I am the co-founder of IPOPEMA Business Consulting and the founder of the EmpowerArt Foundation, which supports the presence of women in art, fosters local positive impact, and carries out educational projects for young people. I believe in the synergy between technology, business, and culture - that’s why at IPOPEMA I created the program “The Art of SAP Performance”, which integrates art into the daily work environment, supporting creativity and building an organization based on values, responsibility, and inspiration.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics. I have also completed specialized programs and seminars intended for senior executives.

I have worked with management boards of leading companies, both domestically and internationally, in the fuel, energy, retail and distribution, industrial, and natural resources sectors. I specialize in implementing complex consulting projects aimed to improve business performance. I deal with the areas of management, restructuring, organization integration, and application of modern technologies, primarily SAP solutions.

I am a co-founder of IPOPEMA Business Consulting. Previously, I worked at leading consulting firms, such as KPMG, IBM Global Business Services, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

I have been working in business consulting and IT solution implementation since 2003. During this time, I have participated in more than 50 projects for companies in the manufacturing, transportation, mining, and energy sectors, as well as for financial institutions. My expertise includes preparing pre-implementation analyses, optimizing business processes, and managing complex SAP system implementation projects.

I am a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, one of the leading business schools in Poland, and a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), a prestigious organization bringing together professionals in management, finance, and controlling. My project approach is further supported by the Prince2 Practitioner certificate, which ensures the application of best practices in project management.

I have been with IPOPEMA Business Consulting since 2009, where I serve as Managing Director, responsible for setting the company’s strategic development directions and managing a team of top-class experts. In my role, the key focus is not only on overseeing ongoing projects and expanding the company’s offering, but also on building long-term client relationships and supporting them in achieving their business goals by delivering solutions that provide real value and a competitive edge.

Previously, I worked at IBM Global Business Services, Deloitte Business Consulting, and Andersen Business Consulting.

I implemented my first SAP ERP system in 2006 and have since worked on around 40 projects in Poland and abroad, gaining experience in the logistics, fuel, manufacturing, and retail sectors.

As an expert in SAP-based financial solutions, I manage all phases of implementation projects, including pre-implementation analysis and process modeling. My expertise goes beyond in-depth knowledge of SAP finance; it also covers integration with other system components and the development of concepts that align corporate requirements with the local realities of individual companies.

I bring extensive international experience, having worked both in large corporate groups and in dynamic organizations with complex structures. Collaborating with multicultural teams and the management boards of global enterprises has enabled me to develop a flexible approach to diverse business models and regulatory frameworks across different countries.

In my current role as Director of Business Development, I combine extensive SAP expertise with responsibility for the strategic growth and sales of SAP solutions for IPOPEMA’s clients. My focus is on building long-term business relationships and delivering tailored solutions that drive organizational growth.
