Together with my team, I deliver solutions for sales forecasting and demand planning, scheduling, production execution and tracking (including MES solutions), quality management and control, as well as the design and implementation of S&OP processes.
I have gained extensive experience in both the Polish and international markets, working with industry leaders to deliver best-in-class solutions. In addition, I regularly speak at SAP Manufacturing Day conferences, where I share insights from previous implementations.

I have over 30 years of experience in IT and business consulting. Since the founding of IPOPEMA Business Consulting in 2009, I have been implementing the latest solutions from the SAP S/4HANA portfolio.
My professional practice focuses on logistics and supply chain processes, with particular emphasis on sales, transportation, and warehousing. In projects based on the broader SAP ecosystem, I have served as either solution architect or lead consultant.

Finance for Group Reporting – CAPITAL GROUP CONSOLIDATION AND REPORTING
- GRDC (Group Reporting Data Collection) – supports the process of collecting data from group companies operating on various ERP solutions,
- DM (Disclosure Management) - enables the creation and publication of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements,
- GR (Group Reporting) – provides financial consolidation and group-level reporting based on integrated financial data from individual group entities. It ensures the accuracy and consistency of financial reports and includes features such as monitoring data entry, performing intra-group reconciliations, and executing the consolidation process.

- White list/VAT status - verification of business partnersin terms of VAT status and the bank account assigned in the taxpayers register,
- JPK - generation of tax data together with sending data to the tax office and checking the official receipt confirmation,
- RMK - automatic creation of accrued expenses objects based on a posted purchase invoice,
- CEIDG - verification of business partners master data as against data recorded in the CEIDG register, and
- NBP - automatic downloading of currency exchange rates from the NBP platform.

I implemented my first SAP ERP system in 2006 and have since worked on around 40 projects in Poland and abroad, gaining experience in the logistics, fuel, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
As an expert in SAP-based financial solutions, I manage all phases of implementation projects, including pre-implementation analysis and process modeling. My expertise goes beyond in-depth knowledge of SAP finance; it also covers integration with other system components and the development of concepts that align corporate requirements with the local realities of individual companies.
I bring extensive international experience, having worked both in large corporate groups and in dynamic organizations with complex structures. Collaborating with multicultural teams and the management boards of global enterprises has enabled me to develop a flexible approach to diverse business models and regulatory frameworks across different countries.
In my current role as Director of Business Development, I combine extensive SAP expertise with responsibility for the strategic growth and sales of SAP solutions for IPOPEMA’s clients. My focus is on building long-term business relationships and delivering tailored solutions that drive organizational growth.

As a consultant, I have over 20 years of experience implementing SAP ERP, including its industry-specific version, SAP IS-Retail. I specialize in logistics modules and hold SAP SRM certification. My expertise also covers SAP system architecture, ALE/IDOC technology, and interface development with SAP Fiori.
Before joining IPOPEMA Business Consulting in 2009, I worked at Accenture and Oracle Poland. I have collaborated with companies in the retail, steel, energy, financial, food, and media industries.
