I have over 30 years of experience in IT and business consulting. Since the founding of IPOPEMA Business Consulting in 2009, I have been implementing the latest solutions from the SAP S/4HANA portfolio.
My professional practice focuses on logistics and supply chain processes, with particular emphasis on sales, transportation, and warehousing. In projects based on the broader SAP ecosystem, I have served as either solution architect or lead consultant.
My portfolio includes implementations for large and very large retail chains as well as multi-plant manufacturing companies, where warehousing, transportation, inter-warehouse transfers, order picking, storage strategy selection, and production allocation play a critical role in shaping strategic business decisions.
