I had the pleasure of observing the “birth” of the SAP system in Poland. Between 1994 and 1996, as a translator and analyst, I worked on adapting the first available version to Polish legal and business requirements, and then I was involved in the implementation of SAP R/3. I was also a witness to the "birth" of IPOPEMA Business Consulting. I have been working here since the beginning of the company's activity, that is since 2009. Currently, I am implementing the latest SAP S / 4HANA solution.

I too joined the team in 2009, although I was still at the beginning of my professional journey. Working with experienced experts allowed me to become very familiar with ABAP programming techniques and to build custom functionalities in the SAP system. IPOPEMA gave me a chance to grow. I worked my way up from the position of an analyst, through a consultant, senior consultant, and junior manager to a manager specializing in SAP S/4HANA systems. You take the same route.
