Marcin Cieślak
Leader of the production management area
I have nearly 15 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP solutions in the SCM area (S/4 HANA, IBP, and APO). I specialize in matters related to production planning and execution.
My team has the expertise needed to provide clients with solutions for, among others, sales forecasting and demand planning, scheduling, production execution and accounting (including MES class solutions), quality management and control, and S&OP process design and implementation.
I have gained many years of practice in the Polish and international markets, where I had the opportunity to provide the best solutions to leaders in many industries. Moreover, I participate as a speaker in SAP Manufacturing Day conferences, where I gladly share my experience from the implementations completed so far.
I have been working at IPOPEMA Business Consulting since 2010. Earlier I had worked for Nestle Poland and EY.
Michał Kapała
Leader of the software development area
At IPOPEMA Business Consulting, I worked my way up from the position of an analyst, through a consultant, senior consultant, to a manager specializing in SAP S/4HANA systems. I have over 10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects and pre-implementation business analyses in the industrial, food, publishing, and distribution sectors. My key skills are knowledge of the ABAP programming language and analysis and processing of large amounts of data using various optimization techniques.
I became an area leader in 2019. The main goal I set for myself is to get better and better results from each member of my team. This is possible by systematically sharing knowledge on the best practices used in building out-of-the-box solutions for SAP systems.
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of the AGH University of Science and Technology (my major was computational and computer mathematics), where I gained the knowledge needed to build the best solutions when implementing SAP systems.
Tomasz Rydzki
Leader of the analytics and prediction area
I have been working on project management, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP BW systems at IPOPEMA Business Consulting since 2014. In my daily work, I use the best business practices that are used in both multinational corporations and mid-sized companies.
The first SAP implementation I worked on was in 2004. To date, I have been involved in over 20 major projects in the telecommunications, media, finance, food, and energy sectors. I have also worked for companies such as Hewlett Packard Poland, IBM Poland, Polkomtel, and Bauer Media Group.
I am a certified consultant in SAP HANA, as well as SAP BW 7.4 and SAP BI 4.1 reporting applications. I have experience in implementing data warehouses from version 7.0 to 7.5 on HANA and BW/4HANA. I effectively combine theoretical knowledge with practice, which allows me to recommend solutions that use the full potential of the system to clients.
